Therapy and Coaching : Services

Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes in length. My self-pay session fees are listed below.

I do accept some insurance plans, which are listed here on my FAQ page. Please click here to read through which plans I accept and how to check your coverage. 

  • Individual session fees are $150 for 60 minutes. Longer or shorter sessions can be discussed as needed. I only work with individuals. 

  • Wellness coaching, Professional Coaching/Consulting and ADHD coaching are $150 for 60 minutes.

  • Currently, I am available only via telehealth. 

  • Fees are charged at the time of service. If I am out of network and cannot accept your insurance at this time I am able to provide a superbill.

Some health insurance policies and health savings accounts may offer reimbursement for your treatment. Check with your insurance carrier for questions about coverage.  

In your therapy sessions, I will assist you in identifying underlying patterns that are rooted in earlier experiences and influencing your thoughts and behaviors in the present. In order to bring these beliefs into your conscious mind and begin to change them and heal, we will practice a variety of techniques. These may include a fusion of DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and Radically Open DBT skills practice, mindfulness, self-validation, somatic release, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I am EMDRIA-approved in EMDR Basic Training and trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy along with Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

The above techniques are also referred to as therapeutic modalities- which are simply a way to describe different areas of specific training and expertise a mental health professional may utilize during therapy.  Each client is different and our approach to sessions, and use of these modalities, will be based on the appropriateness (and effectiveness) of the technique/s specific to you and your personal goals established during treatment planning. Additionally, we will ensure that your sessions are in alignment with your desired outcomes for treatment. 

Ultimately, these practices become a part of what I think of as your skills toolbox with which you are empowered to replace negative (sometimes referred to as maladaptive) thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs with positive and healthy cognitions and actions.
